2. Пасажир має зберігати митну декларацію протягом усього перебування в Україні або за кордоном. При поверненні пасажир має здати декларацію Митнику. Якщо пасажир загубить декларацію, вона не відновлюється. 3. У випадку, якщо пасажир дає неправдиву інформацію митнику або працівникові імміграційної служби, він може нести відповідальність перед законом. 4. У митній декларації звичайно вказують країну призначення та мету приїзду (ділова, приватна, туризм тощо). 5. Пасажир не може перевозити у власному багажі зброю, наркотики та пристосування для їхнього вживання, небезпечні речовини. 6. Пасажир може провозити предмети старовини та витвори мистецтва (картини, малюнки, ікони, скульптури тощо), але для їх привозу може знадобитися сертифікат експерта. 7. Пасажир має задекларувати будь-яку валюту, банкноти, казначейські білети, монети, а також цінні папери (облігації тощо), платіжні документи (прості векселі, векселі державної скарбниці, акції, чеки, акредитиви тощо). 8.
