У магістерській роботі проаналізувано найважливіші теоретичні концепції і моделі управління персоналом в міжнародних компаніях та сформулювано його ключові принципи. Виявлено специфіку мотивації персоналу в міжнародних компаніях в Україні на сучасному етапі. Визначено основні риси механізму інтеграції управління персоналом в українських філіях міжнародних компаній. Розкрито принципи і технології розробки кадрової політики в міжнародній компанії на прикладі «Samsung». А також, приділено особливу увагу розробці рекомендацій щодо покращення системи управління людськими ресурсами в українських філіях транснаціональних компаній.

Specifics of motivation of personnel in international companies in Ukraine is revealed at the present stage. The main features of the mechanism of Personnel management integration in the Ukrainian branches of international companies are defined.
