The master's work analyzed the most important theoretical concepts and models of personnel management in international companies and formulated its key principles. Specifics of motivation of personnel in international companies in Ukraine is revealed at the present stage. The main features of the mechanism of Personnel management integration in the Ukrainian branches of international companies are defined. Revealed principles and technologies of personnel policy development in the international company on the example "Samsung". And also, special attention is paid to the development of recommendations for improving the human resources management system in the Ukrainian branches of transnational companies.
