Стаття 2. МЕТА ТА ПРЕДМЕТ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ТОВАРИСТВА
Метою діяльності Товариства є отримання прибутку за рахунок виконання робіт та послуг, передбачених пунктом 2.2. цього Статуту, і на цій основі задоволення соціально-економічних інтересів акціонерів та трудового колективу Товариства.
Предметом діяльності Товариства є:
1) Діяльність з торгівлі цінними паперами, а саме:
дилерська діяльність;
брокерська діяльність; -андеррайтинг;
діяльність з управління цінними паперами.
2) Депозитарна діяльність, а саме:
депозитарна діяльність депозитарної установи;
депозитарна діяльність зберігача цінних паперів;
діяльність з ведення реєстру власників іменних цінних паперів.
2.3. Види діяльності, які підлягають ліцензуванню, здійснюються після отримання
відповідної ліцензії (іншого дозволу) згідно чинного законодавства.
