4.7.3. У разі, якщо Стороною-2 протягом 2 (двох) календарних днів після останнього дня строку сплати Забезпечувального платежу, встановленого в п. 4.1. цього Попереднього договору, буде сплачено лише частину від розміру Забезпечувального платежу, цей договір автоматично припиняє свою дію на 3 (третій) календарний день після останнього дня строку сплати. Автоматичне припинення договору не потребує від Сторін жодних повідомлень, додаткових угод. 3 моменту автоматичного припинення дії цього договору, Сторона-1 вважається вільного від будь-яких зобов’язань перед Стороною-2 і має право на свій розсуд розпоряджатись об’єктом
4.8. Витрати, пов’язані з поверненням грошових коштів на рахунок Сторони-2 несе Сторона-2.
