II. ЯКІСТЬ РОБІТ
2.1. Виконавець повинен виконати передбачені цим Договором роботи, якість яких відповідає умовам будівельних норм, проектній документації, технічним вимогам та іншими діючими на території України нормативним документам, а також передбаченим умовам цього Договору.
2.2. Виконавець гарантує якість закінчених робіт, передбачених цим Договором, у відповідності із діючими на території України нормативними документами, а також передбаченими умовами цього Договору.
2.3. Гарантійний строк по даному договору становить 12 місяців з моменту підписання Сторонами акту здачі-приймання виконаних робіт.
2.4. У разі виявлення Замовником недоліків (дефектів), протягом гарантійного терміну, він зобов’язаний повідомити про це Виконавця і запросити його для складання відповідного акта про порядок і строки усунення виявлених недоліків (дефектів).

In case the customer flaws (defects), during the warranty period, he is obliged to inform the Contractor and invite him to compile the appropriate Act on the order and timing of elimination of deficiencies (defects).

II. QUALITY WORKS
2.1. The Contractor shall perform the work specified in this Agreement, the quality of which complies with building codes, design documents, specifications and other applicable in Ukraine regulations, and provided the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. Artist guarantees the quality of completed work covered by this Agreement, in accordance with applicable in Ukraine regulations, and provided the terms of this Agreement.
2.3. The warranty period for this contract is 12 months from the signing of the act of acceptance of the works.
2.4. In case of customer flaws (defects), during the warranty period, it shall notify the Contractor and be invited to the act of drawing up the order and timing eliminate shortcomings (defects).
