Анотація. Особистісна толерантність

Анотація. Особистісна толерантність розглядається як чинник збереження і

розвитку суспільств в умовах глобалізаційних змін і полікультурності. Визначено

місце толерантності в структурі професійної культури працівників освіти.

Проаналізовано особливості толерантності та особливості уявлень викладачів і

студентів педагогічних спеціальностей про культуру толерантності та особистісну

толерантність та показано основні причини інтолерантності педагогічної спільноти.

Ключові слова: полікультурні суспільства, толерантність, декларована

толерантність, особистісна толерантність, культура толерантності, бінарні і

полівекторні моделі світі.
