У випадках, не передбачених даним Договором сторони керуються чинним законодавством. Таке ж правило діє у разі протиріччя цього Договору імперативним нормам чинних законодавчих актів.

In cases not foreseen by this Agreement shall be governed by current legislation. The same rule is valid in case of contradiction of this contract imperative norms of the current legislation.

In cases not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by applicable law. The same is true in the case of conflict of this Agreement peremptory norms applicable laws.

In cases, not envisaged by the given Treaty of party are administered by effective legislation. Such rule action in razi the collision of this Treaty to the imperative norms of effective legal acts.
