Продаж зазначеного вище будинку, за домовленістю Сторін, здійснено за 608250, 00 грн. (шістсот вісім тисяч двісті п'ятдесят грн. 00 коп.), що на момент укладення цього Договору еквівалентно 75 000, 00 доларів США, які Продавець одержав від Покупця в повному обсязі до підписання цієї Угоди.
Сторони підтверджують факт повного розрахунку за проданий будинок.
Зазначену в цьому договорі ціну продажу, ми, Продавець та Покупець, вважаємо прийнятною і вигідною для себе, її розмір повністю нас задовольняє.
