7.5. Клієнт доручає, а Банк має право у випадку помилкового зарахування Банком коштів на Рахунок (щодо яких Клієнт є неналежним отримувачем) списувати з Рахунку Клієнта в безумовному порядку суму помилково зарахованих коштів у разі, якщо Клієнт не повернув таку неналежно отриману суму протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дня отримання відповідного повідомлення Банку.
