Проект реалізується в рамках програми «Сусіди 3.0.» в партнерстві зі Спілкою MitOst e.V. за фінансової підтримки Міністерства закордонних справ Німеччини, Фонду Роберта Боша та Фонду «Освіта для демократії» в рамках програми «Перетворення у регіоні» - RITA, Польсько-Американського Фонду Свободи. В Україні програма реалізується організацією «Інша Освіта» за підтримки локальних партнерів.
