Про настання «форс-мажорних» обстав

Про настання «форс-мажорних» обставин Сторони мають інформувати одна одну невідкладно. Якщо ці обставини триватимуть більше ніж 6 (шість) місяців, то кожна із Сторін матиме право відмовитися від подальшого виконання зобов’язань за цим Договором, і в такому разі жодна із Сторін не матиме права на відшкодування другою Стороною можливих збитків.

If these circumstances last more than six (6) months, each Party shall have the right to refuse to perform obligations hereunder, in which case none of the Parties have the right to compensation for possible losses other Party.

On the occurrence of "force majeure circumstances" parties should inform each other without delay. If these circumstances will last more than 6 (six) months,Then each side will retain the right to renounce the further fulfillment of obligations under the Contract, in which case none of the Parties will not have the right to claim the other Party of possible losses.
