Анотація

Курсову роботу присвячено розкриттю сутності загальнодержавних фінансів, їх ролі як найважливішої ланки фінансової системи держави. У першому розділі наводиться коротка характеристика основних теоретичних засад загальнодержавних фінансів та їх призначення. Розкривається структура фінансів держави. Розглянуто зарубіжний досвід формування загальнодержавних фінансів.
У другому розділі охарактеризовано сучасні тенденції розвитку державних фінансів України. Здійснено аналіз загальнодержавних фондів. Проведена оцінка державного бюджету як ланки загальнодержавних фінансів України на сучасному етапі розвитку. Розкрита роль державних позик у загальнодержавних фінансах.
У третьому розділі запропоновані шляхи для вдосконалення загальнодержавних фінансів в Україні.

Abstract A term paper is devoted to revealing the essence of State finances, their role as critical links of the financial system of the State. The first section provides a brief description of the basic theoretical principles of State finance and their destination. Revealed the structure of the Treasury of the State. Considered foreign experience in the formation of the national finances. In the second section characterizes the modern trends in the development of public finance. The analysis of State funds. Carried out the evaluation of the State budget as the senior national finance at the present stage of development. Revealed the role state loans in State finances. In the third section of the proposed ways to improve State finance in Ukraine.
