У випадках, якщо ліцензіат сповіщає ООВ про власну непідготовленість прийняти нові вимоги у встановлені терміни, порушує терміни або, якщо результати нагляду системи управління якістю на відповідність зміненим вимогам негативні, ліцензія вважається скасованою з часу введення в дію нових вимог
