VI. ПРАВА ТА ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ СТОРІН
6.1. Замовник зобов'язаний:
6.1.1. Своєчасно та в повному обсязі сплачувати за виконані роботи.
6.1.2. Приймати виконані роботи згідно з актом приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (типова форма КБ-2в).
6.1.3. До початку виконання робіт забезпечити Виконавця затвердженою проектно-кошторисною документацією і всіма необхідними документами, що дозволяють виконання робіт згідно Договору.
6.1.4. Передати Виконавцю в установленому порядку фронт робіт не пізніше 5 календарних днів до початку виконання робіт за цим Договором.
6.2. Замовник має право:
6.2.1. Достроково розірвати цей Договір у разі невиконання зобов'язань Виконавцем, повідо-мивши про це його у строк 20 днів.
6.2.2. Контролювати виконання робіт у строки, встановлені цим Договором.
6.2.3. Зменшувати обсяг закупівлі виконання робіт та загальну вартість цього Договору за-лежно від реального фінансування видатків. У такому разі Сторони вносять відповідні зміни до цього Договору.
6.2.4. Повернути рахунок, накладну, акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (типова КБ-2в) та довідку про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат (типова форма КБ-3) Виконавцю без здійснення оплати в разі неналежного оформлення рахунку, накладної, акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (типова форма КБ-2в) та довідки про вартість вико-наних будівельних робіт та витрат (типова форма КБ-3) зазначених у пунктах 4.1, 4.2., розділу IV цього Договору (відсутність печатки, підписів тощо чи факту реєстрації податко-вої накладної у ЄРПН у випадках, передбачених ПКУ).
6.2.5. У будь-який час здійснювати контроль та нагляд за ходом та якістю робіт, вартістю і обсягами робіт, що виконуються Виконавцем, дотриманням термінів їх виконання, якістю будівельних матеріалів та конструкцій, не втручаючись при цьому в оперативно-господарську діяльність Виконавця.

6.2.5.
