Моя улюблена страва – вареники. Це традиційна українська страва. Вони є на кожному різдвяному столі. Цю страву готували ще наші предки. Вареники полюбляють багато людей. Мені дуже подобаються вареники з картоплею або з грибами, политі сметаною. Моя бабуся готує їх майже на кожне свято. Скільки б я не їв вареники вони ніколи не набриднуть мені.
Готуються вареники досить просто. Треба замісити тісто, вибрати начинку і виліпити їх у формі півмісяця. Зазвичай їх варять у воді, але я іноді смажу їх із зеленим луком. Навіть можна смажити їх так, щоб вони були хрусткі.
