Пудинг шоколадний. Змішайте какао-порошок з панірувальними сухарями Влийте молоко і вершки. Перемішайте і дайте постояти 10 хвилин. Вершкове масло змішайте з цукром(20гр) і ретельно розітріть. Додайте яєчні жовтки, пшеничне борошно, питну соду, приготовлену суміш какао-порошку із сухарями, подрібнений мигдаль, коньяк, збиті з цукровим піском яєчні білки. Усе добре змішайте. Викладіть суміш у змазану олією форму. Варіть на паровій бані близько години.
