5.2. Сторона, яка одержала проект змін та/або доповнень до Договору, повинна, не пізніше 20 (двадцяти) днів після отримання пропозиції, відповісти на неї. Якщо Сторони не досягли згоди, а також у разі неотримання відповіді у встановлений строк з урахуванням часу поштового обігу, зацікавлена Сторона має право передати спір на вирішення суду.*

5.2. The party which has received the project changes and/or additions to the contract must, not later than 20 (twenty) days after receiving the proposal, respond to it. If the parties have not reached an agreement, and if no reply in the prescribed period taking into account the time mail, an interested party has the right to transfer the dispute to address the Court.
