Мета дипломного проекту полягала розробці типового технологічного процес нанесення бабіту методом електродугової металізації на вкладень підшипників ковзання.
Проведено конструкційний аналіз вкладень та умови їх роботи, технологій відновлення та матеріалів електродугового напилення антифрикційних покриттів. Обрано та обґрунтовано матеріали для отримання антифрикційного покриття, також модернізовано обладнання для електродугового напилення. Були розроблені операції відновлення пар тертя. Також проведено мікроструктурний аналіз покриттів та випробування міцності зчеплення.
Наведено розрахунки собівартості та економічного ефекту при використанні даної технології.
В розділі з охорони праці висвітлено питання створення безпечних, нешкідливих і сприятливих умов праці, як одне з важливих завдань сучасного виробництва, і має не тільки інженерне, а й соціальне значення.
Записка вміщує – сторінок машинописного тексту, – рисунків, – таблиць, – додатки, – джерел літератури.
