Borsch is my favorite dish. I often cook borsch. In order to prepare a Borsch need: meat, carrots, red beets, cabbage, onion and potatoes. First I put a pan of water on the stove, and put there a few pieces of meat and salt to taste. While the meat is cooked, I clean the potatoes and pieces. When the meat is boiled I put the potatoes in the pan and make less fire. After that, cut the onions and carrots. Carrot cut straws and onion rings. Further I put pan on the fire and when it was heated, I put there sliced onions and carrots and stirring them up to golden brown. After that, cut beets into small straws and put it on the pan. I add a sauce or tomato paste to it. Ready beets put in a saucepan and begin to tiwith cabbage. I take a small head of cabbage and begin to tire it on the grater, and then put it in a saucepan. It remains to wash and clean the greens so that there are vitamins in the Borsch. At last Borsch is ready. Nothing I like the Borscht
