Моя улюблена українська страва – це вареники. Вареники це страва яку полюбляють багато людей. У моїй родині прийнято на кожне свято ліпити вареники з капустою. Для того щоб приготувати варенники з капустою в просіяне борошно добавляємо сіль, соду та гарно перемішуємо. Потім вливаємо молоко та добре вимішуємо на кухонній дошці, яку посипаємо також борошном, щоб не прилипало тісто. Для начинки дрібно нарізаємо капусту, та тушкуємо її на сковорідці. Як тілки капуста вихолоне її можна використовувати для начинки. Закипячуємо воду в каструлі. Коли вода закипить, викладаємо вареники в каструлю та варимо декілка хвилин. Коли всі вареники будуть зварені, дуже добре змащуємо їх зажаркою з сала та цибулі, та гарячими подаємо до столу.Я знаю що скільки б я не їла вареники вони ні коли не набриднуть мені.
