Моя улюблена страва – це вареники.Це традиційна українська страва. Цю страву готували ще нащі предки. Вареники це страва яку полюбляють багато людей. Мені дуже подобаються вареники з вишнею або з картоплею. У моїй родині прийнято на кожне свято ліпити вареники з черешнями. Я знаю що скільки б я не їла вареники вони ні коли не набриднуть мені.
Інгредієнти для приготування вареників на пару:
Для тіста:
Кефір - 1 склянка
Цукор - 1 стіл. ложка
Яйце куряче - 1 шт.
Сіль - 0,5 чайн. ложки
Борошно пшеничне в/с - 3 склянки з гіркою
Сода - 1 чайн. ложка
Масло рослинне - 3 стіл. ложки
Для начинки:
Вишні - 50 ягід (2 склянки)
Цукор - 0,5 склянки
Вершкове масло - для змазування
