банк відкриває клієнту поточний рахунок в валюті в національній валюті (гривні) (код валюти)(далі рахунок) відповідно до інструкції "Про порядок відкриття, використання і закриття рахунків у національній та іноземних валютах", затвердженої постановою Правління Національного банку України (далі НБУ) від 12.11.2013 №492, та здійснює його розрахунково-касове обслуговування згідно внутрішніх правил і процедур банку, нормативних актів НБУ та чинного законодавства України.

the Bank opens the customer current account in foreign currency in national currency (UAH) (currency code) (hereinafter account) according to the instruction "on order of opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies" approved by the Decree of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU further) from 12.11.2013 № 492, and carries out its settlement and cash servicing according to internal rules and procedures of the Bank, the NBU regulations and current legislation of Ukraine.
