В першому судовому процесі нам було відмовлено в позові про оскарження цього рішення Антимонопольного комітету, а в іншому судовому процесі - були задоволені позовні вимоги Антимонопольного комітету про стягнення із Укрзалізниці 200 млн грн. (100 млн грн штрафу та 100 млн грн пені).
