придбане під час шлюбу одним з Подружжя на своє ім’я, визнається спільною частковою власністю подружжя, а саме: 1/3 (одна третя частина) такого майна належить Дружині а 2/3 (дві третіх частини) такого майна належить Чоловікові. При відчуженні такого майна або укладенні договорів оренди (найму) необхідна згода другого з подружжя.
