2.4.5. Скласти в Банку розпорядження щодо грошових коштів на Рахунку за цим Договором на випадок своєї смерті. Незалежно від того, чи здійснюється успадкування коштів згідно із законом, заповітом або розпорядженням, Банк здійснює виплату коштів спадкоємцю власника Рахунку на підставі відповідного свідоцтва про право на спадщину, або за рішенням суду.
