Важко сказати що може бути краще як ті періоди життя, коли ми сміливо можемо сказати собі що «все йде нормально». Коли людина відчуває що все в її житті йде добре, стабільно – це означає що вона задоволена своїм сьогоденням, не забуває своє минуле і впевнено дивиться у своє майбутнє. Кожен почувається добре і впевнено тоді, коли не піддається на всі випробовування які приносить життя. Це правда, що багато подій ми не в змозі контролювати і багато чого в нашому житті не можемо змінити своїми силами. Правда, що ми не завжди можемо володіти ситуаціями які стаються, тим більше часто не можемо змінити людей з яким зводить нас життя, але ми завжди можемо вирішувати для самих себе як сприймати ситуацію яка склалася. Вибір, насправді, завжди тільки один: або йти вперед або ж зупинитися.

When a person feels that everything in her life is going well, stable – this means that it is satisfied with its present, does not forget his past and looks into its future. The truth is that we can't always possess the situations that occur, the more often can not change people with whom brings us life, but we can always decide for themselves how to interpret the situation that has developed. The choice, in fact, always only one: either go ahead or stop.
