Постановка проблеми. Економічні реформи в Україні виступають комплексною складовою радикального оновлення соціально-економічної системи. В останні декілька років економічні реформи в Україні майже не проводилися. Всесвітня економічна криза, яка значною мірою вплинула на господарство і нашої держави, показала, що без системних реформ неможливо забезпечити стале економічне зростання регіонів та країни в цілому.
Актуальність дослідження. Приєднання до загально-цивілізаційних суспільних процесів, стабілізація економічного розвитку на базі формування якісно нової – стійкої, динамічної і соціально орієнтованої – господарської системи.
Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій. Визначенню сутності економічних реформ та шляхів їх ефективного впровадження присвятило свої дослідження багато вітчизняних учених, таких як А. Гальчинський, В. Геєць, І. Жадан, Б. Патон, Я. Жаліло, С. Іванов, В. Мандибура, М. Чумаченко, Б. Данилишин, В. Семиноженко, А. Чухно.
Мета роботи: є аналіз причин економічної кризи в Україні та визначення шляхів виходу з неї через реалізацію програми економічних реформ.
