Спираючись на положення 117-ї Конвенції МОП і враховуючи особливості нинішнього стану економіки та соціально-економічних відносин на вітчизняному ринку праці, слід наголосити, що визначення пріоритетів державного на них впливу та розробка відповідних заходів по їх реалізації мають орієнтуватися на кращі європейські стандарти з чітко окресленим періодом досягнення цих стандартів. В іншому випадку такі пріоритети можуть залишитися лише намірами, що призведе до чергового розчарування суспільства та його зневіри у підпорядкованості реформ інтересам простих громадян. Незважаючи на сучасну системну суспільно-економічну кризу, головною метою державного регулювання ринку праці має бути активне сприяння розвитку продуктивної зайнятості та формуванню системи інноваційних робочих місць, створення передумов для економії живої та уречевленої праці. І на цій основі – поступове підвищення якості життя та добробуту населення. Безперечно, для цього необхідно також задіяти всю систему факторів економічного розвитку держави (інституційні, інноваційні, ресурсні, організаційні, податково-стимулюючі тощо), створити ефективний механізм формування сприятливого інвестиційного та соціально-політичного клімату, а також підтримки соціальної злагоди в суспільстві, досягти безумовного додержання Законів України усіма громадянами незалежно від їх статусу та посад.

Despite the modern system of the socio-economic crisis, the main purpose of government regulation of the labour market should be actively promoting productive employment and the formation of the system of innovative jobs, creation of preconditions for saving live and urečevlenoï. And on this basis is the gradual improvement of the quality of life and well-being of the population. Of course, you must also enable the whole system factors of economic development of the State (institutional, innovative, resource, organizational, tax-incentive, etc.), to create an effective mechanism of formation of a favourable investment and socio-political climate, as well as support for social cohesion in society, to achieve unconditional compliance with the laws of Ukraine, all citizens, regardless of their status and posts.
