8.9. У випадку не надання Виконавце

8.9. У випадку не надання Виконавцем Замовнику у встановлений в договорі термін електронної податкової накладної, та/або відсутність факту її реєстрації у ЄРПН, Замовник має право в односторонньому порядку зменшити ціну договору, передбачену п.3.1 цього Договору на суму ПДВ.

5.5. in case of not providing the Contractor to the customer in the contract period of electronic tax invoice and/or lack of fact its registration in the UNIFIED, the customer has the right to unilaterally reduce the price stipulated in the contract, see 3.1 of this Agreement in the amount of VAT.
