Незважаючи на те, що судове засідання у цій справі, призначене спочатку на 28 жовтня, вже декілька разів відкладалось (наразі розгляд справи призначений на 10 грудня 2014 р.), основний результат боротьби громадськості вже досягнутий – 27 жовтня Олександр Турчинов нарешті затвердив Розпорядження «Про порядок доступу осіб до відкритих пленарних засідань Верховної Ради України» №694.
