За несвоєчасне (пізніше наступного операційного дня після отримання відповідного документа), чи неправильне списання з вини Банку суми з Рахунку Клієнта, а також за несвоєчасне чи неправильне зарахування коштів, що належать власнику Рахунку, Банк сплачує Клієнту пеню в розмірі 0,1 відсотка від несвоєчасно або неправильно зарахованої (списаної) суми за кожний день прострочення, але не більше 10 відсотків такої суми.
