Зміни до Регламенту ВРУ щодо права

Зміни до Регламенту ВРУ щодо права громадян відвідувати засідання парламенту були внесені ще у березні цього року, однак механізм реалізації цього права через відсутність спеціального розпорядження Олександра Турчинова залишався невизначеним і на практиці потрапити до Верховної Ради звичайним українцям було нереально.

Changes to the rules of PARLIAMENT regarding the rights of citizens to attend a session of Parliament were made back in March of this year, however the mechanism of realization of this right due to lack of special disposal of Alexandra Falls remained uncertain and practice to get to Verkhovna Rada of the ordinary Ukrainians was unrealistic.

Amendments to the Rules of Parliament concerning the right of citizens to attend meetings of Parliament were made in March of this year, but the mechanism of realization of this right because special order Oleksandr Turchynov remained uncertain and practice in the parliament usual Ukrainian was unreal.

Variation to Regulations VRU concerning right citizens to visit sessions parliament were entered more in March of this year ,However mechanism the realization of this right across the absence of the special disposal of Alexander Turchinova remained indefinite and on practice potrapiti to Supreme rada to common ukrainians it was not real.
