2. Зарахування інших надходжень в іноземній валюті в межах України, передбачених законодавством України, на поточний рахунок в іноземній валюті фізичної особи (резидента або нерезидента) не дозволяється.
Уповноважений банк зобов’язаний здійснити продаж таких надходжень на міжбанківському валютному ринку України та зарахувати гривневий еквівалент від продажу іноземної валюти на поточний рахунок в національній валюті фізичної особи (резидента або нерезидента).

3. На час дії цієї постанови інші нормативно-правові акти Національного банку України діють у частині, що не суперечить цій постанові.

4. Генеральному департаменту інформаційних технологій та платіжних систем (Синявська Н. Б.) привести нормативно-правові акти щодо використання коштів за поточними рахунками фізичних осіб у відповідність до цієї постанови протягом трьох місяців з дня її офіційного опублікування.

5. Генеральному департаменту грошово-кредитної політики (Щербакова О. А.) після державної реєстрації в Міністерстві юстиції України довести зміст цієї постанови до відома територіальних управлінь Національного банку України та банків України для використання в роботі, а банкам України – до відома їх клієнтів.
6. Контроль за виконанням цієї постанови покласти на першого заступника Голови Національного банку України Приходька Б. В.
7. Постанова набирає чинності з дня її офіційного опублікування.

2. Transfer of other income in foreign currency in Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine, the current account in foreign currency by individuals (resident or non-resident) are not allowed.
The authorized bank shall implement the sale of such proceeds in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine and ranked UAH equivalent from the sale of foreign currency on the current account inindividual (resident or non-resident).

3. At the time of this decision other normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine are to the extent not inconsistent with this decision.

4.The General Department of Information Technology and Payment Systems (Syniavska NB) Bring regulations on the use of funds on current accounts of individuals in accordance with this decision within three months from the date of publication.

5.The General Department of Monetary Policy (OA Shcherbakov) After its registration by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring this Resolution to the attention of the regional branches of the National Bank of Ukraine and Ukraine banks for use at work,Ukraine and banks - to the attention of their customers.
6. Monitoring the implementation of this Resolution shall be the first deputy chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Prikhodko BV
7.Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.

2. Crediting other revenues in foreign currency within Ukraine are stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine, the current account in foreign currency physical persons (resident or non-resident) are not permitted.
The authorized bank shall carry out the sale of such proceeds in the interbank currency market of Ukraine and credit the equivalent from the sale of foreign currency on current account in national physical persons (resident or non-resident).

3. At the time this Ordinance other normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine acting in part, that the resolution does not contradict this.

4. General Department of information technologies and payment systems (Syniavska n.b.) lead regulations regarding the use of funds on current accounts of individuals in accordance with this regulation within three months from the day of its official publication.

Shcherbakova) after the State registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine prove the content of the resolution to the attention of regional offices of the National Bank of Ukraine and Ukrainian banks for use in work, and the banks of Ukraine – to the attention of their customers.
6. Control over the execution of this resolution is to put the first Deputy Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Stranger BV
7. The Decree comes into force from the day of its official publication.

7.Ordinance assumes validity from the day of her of official manifestation.
