6.1. У разі неперерахування позики

6.1. У разі неперерахування позики (її частини) в строк, встановлений в п. 3.1. Договору, Позикодавець зобов’язується сплатити на користь Позичальника неустойку у розмірі 0,02 % від суми боргу за кожний день прострочення шляхом перерахування на поточний рахунок Позичальника (реквізити якого вказані в розділі 8 цього Договору). Сума вказаного у цьому пункті платежу розраховується в євро.

6.1. In the case of nepererahuvannâ loan (its part) within the time limit set in paragraph 3.1. The agreement, the Lender agrees to pay for the benefit of the borrower to liquidated damages in the amount of 0.02% of the amount of the debt for each day of delay by transfer to a current account of the borrower (the details of which are given in section 8 of this Agreement).
