№ 1453. Проект Закону про внесення змін до законодавчих актів України щодо посилення боротьби із зловживаннями у сфері продажу і споживання пива, алкогольних та слабоалкогольних напоїв. Додатково вводиться заборона на продаж тютюну та алкоголю - на відстані не меньше 300 м від шкіл, на автозаправках, в мафах до 50 квадратних метрів, у підземних переходах та інше.
По КУпАП збільшено відповідальність за такий продаж до 500 неоподаткованих мінімумів 8500 грн.
